For Bulgaria: All deliveries are made by courier. The delivery on the territory of Bulgaria is free of charge for orders over 200 BGN.

Orders made up to 15h in a week time are sent on the same day and are received on the next business day (including Saturday). Normally, delivery time is 1 business day to most locations, unless otherwise noted. Orders made after 15:00 are sent on the next business day. Orders made on Sunday are processed on Monday.

You have the opportunity to view the ordered product before paying it. We pack every product so that it is as easy as possible. If you cancel a purchase due to a defect found, the transportation costs are entirely at our expense, but if you cancel for any other reason, all courier expenses incurred are at your expense.
