How is the delivery made?
All deliveries are made by courier and cash on delivery. Delivery on the territory of Bulgaria is free of charge for orders over 200 BGN.
Do I have a pre-paid review option?
You have the opportunity to view the ordered product before paying it. We pack every product so that it is as easy as possible. If you cancel a purchase due to a defect found, the transportation costs are entirely at our expense, but if you cancel for any other reason, all courier expenses incurred are at your expense.
How long does delivery take place?
